She is a member of ACM, IEEE, the China Computer Federation (CCF), and the China Institute of Communications (CICC). She was selected for the 10th China Association for Science and Technology's Young Talent Support Project and received the ACM China Rising Star Award. She currently teaches at the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, Northeastern University Qinhuangdao Branch, and serves as the Director of the Computer Science and Technology Department at the Sydney Institute of Intelligent Technology. She is also the head of the research team "Intelligent Connectivity and Advanced Computing Technology Laboratory" and jointly established Qinhuangdao's first "Intelligent Transportation Research Center" with the Qinhuangdao Municipal Transportation Bureau. She has published over 50 papers as first author or corresponding author in related fields, with thousands of Google citations, 7 authorized patents, and 1 technology transfer. Prof. Congduan LiSun Yat-sen University, China CongduanLi is an Associate Professor at Sun Yat-sen University, IEEE Member, and a member of the China Internet of Things Youth Technical Committee. He has published over 70 academic papers, including more than 20 as first author/corresponding author in top-tier SCI journals, and has been granted over 10 Chinese invention patents. In the past five years, he has participated in several PI projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the Guangdong Provincial Key Project of Basic and Applied Basic Research, and the Shenzhen Municipal Key Project of Science and Technology Innovation. His research interests include information theory and coding, vehicle networking, and artificial intelligence. |

Prof. Lei ChenShandong University, China Lei Chen's primary research interests include image processing and computer vision, visual quality assessment and image enhancement, abnormal behavior analysis, information and signal processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He is a recipient of the Young Scholars Future Program of Shandong University and a member of the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA). As Principal Investigator (PI), he leads multiple national and provincial/ministerial research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), sub-projects of the National Key Research and Development Program of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. He previously participated in research projects funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). He has published numerous papers in high-impact international academic journals and conferences, and holds several national invention patents. He also serves as a reviewer for multiple internationally prestigious journals and an Area Chair for international academic conferences, and has been invited on multiple occasions to deliver keynote and invited speeches at international events. |
